FENC Announces Continued Participation in the "2026 TALENT, in Taiwan" Alliance
Far Eastern New Century (FENC) is pleased to announce that we will continue to support the "2026 TALENT, in Taiwan" Alliance through concrete action, partnering with CommonWealth Magazine and over 500 alliance members to advance this shared initiative. At FENC, our people are our most valuable asset. We remain committed to building a diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplace for more than 20,000 colleagues worldwide — because meaningful change should be visible.
This year, we reaffirm our commitment to talent sustainability across six key pillars:
1. Purpose & Values
Guided by our core values of Sincerity, Diligence, Thrift and Prudence, and Innovation, we engage a globally diverse workforce spanning five generations. Through innovative thinking, operational excellence, and strong leadership, we communicate our corporate vision and strategic direction to every employee, fostering a cohesive and sustainable organization.
2. Diversity & Inclusion
We are committed to building an inclusive, cross-border workplace that embraces diverse talent and takes a firm stance against discrimination in any form. Through our Employee Assistance Programs (EAPs), we embed mutual respect into our corporate DNA, promoting cross-cultural understanding and working to bridge cultural and gender divides.
3. Compensation & Recognition
Overseen by our Remuneration Committee, we maintain a robust and competitive compensation and benefits framework, giving employees the confidence to grow with the Company. We also link individual performance to ESG targets, translating performance-based incentives into a driver of sustainable value.
4. Health & Well-being
We are dedicated to providing a safe and healthy work environment, supported by comprehensive health management programs that safeguard employee well-being and support a sustainable work-life balance.
5. Development & Growth
In line with our strategic development needs, we cultivate role-specific competencies through a systematic training framework. In response to the global adoption of AI and industry transformation, we have launched our "AI-Empowered Digital Talent Program," equipping non-technical colleagues to apply AI in real-world business operations and decision-making, and building a robust talent pipeline for the future.
6. Communication & Employee Experience
We maintain open dialogue with employees through multiple channels to build consensus, and uphold employees' freedom of expression through our Human Rights Policy Statement. We respect the freedom of association, right to organize, and collective bargaining rights of employees at all production sites, and remain receptive to employee feedback with an open and transparent approach.
At FENC, we will continue to strengthen our talent development framework by integrating digital innovation with human rights management to build a workplace where people thrive. We believe that through sustained investment in and commitment to our people, we can lead the industry toward a better future.
