Taipei Metro Complex was planned and constructed by Yuan Ding Construction Company, has set an example as the first hybrid development project to include both office spaces and a hotel in Taiwan. In 2001, the Company was restructured as “Yuan Ding Co., Ltd.” which owns Far Eastern Technical Consultants, and YDT Technology to cover business in real estate management, construction development and design.
