U-Ming Honored with Five Outstanding Maritime Awards on 72nd Maritime Day Celebration
The 72nd Maritime Day Celebration was held this afternoon (July 20) at the Chang Yung-fa Foundation. The event gathered numerous shipping industry representatives to collectively witness a significant milestone in our nation's maritime development. U-Ming delivered an outstanding performance at the 2025 Fiscal Year Outstanding Vessel Carriers Awards, taking home five major honors.
These awards include:
- Outstanding Performance in Fleet Expansion
- Outstanding Performance in Green Shipping Development
- Outstanding Performance in Industry-Academia Collaboration for Maritime Training
- 1st Place for Outstanding Performance in Port Operations
- 2nd Place for Intern Capacity on Board (based on the total number of students and total internship days for domestic maritime college students)
