FET Telecom Achieves Outstanding Results in the National Outstanding Store Manager Awards

FET Telecom once again delivered outstanding results at the National Outstanding Store Manager Awards and Distinguished Store Manager Selection, organized by the Taiwan Chain Stores and Franchise Association (TCFA). Eighteen service representatives were selected from FET Telecom’s retail stores nationwide to participate in the evaluation, with all candidates successfully passing the rigorous review process and being honored as Outstanding Store Managers. Following a comprehensive six-month evaluation process that included preliminary screening, document reviews, and assessments of local store operations and community engagement, three store managers stood out for their exceptional operational expertise and innovative service models. They were awarded the Distinguished Store Manager Award and collectively received four special awards. This achievement represents the best performance in the telecommunications industry and reflects FET Telecom’s long-term commitment to talent development, service excellence, and deep-rooted community engagement.
