FET Receives Gold Award in Taiwan Happy Workplace Evaluation

FET Telecom has been awarded the highest honor—the Gold Award—in “Taiwan Happy Workplace Evaluation 2026” by Commercial Times. The company has developed a systematic approach to building a happy workplace across three key dimensions: employee engagement, friendly benefits, and talent development. Initiatives include the introduction of an employee stock ownership trust program, with nearly 80% employee participation, enabling staff to share in the company’s growth. Since last year, FET has also launched a “Sustainability Incentive Bonus,” linking corporate ESG performance to employee compensation to encourage organization-wide commitment to sustainability.
