Far East Resources Development Co., Ltd. was recognized with the gold award for their "Tpark Sustainable Low-Carbon Intelligent Park" in the " Nesting for the Future Section ", standing out among numerous outstanding industry works. Their management approach integrates IoT, system integration, Building Information Modeling (BIM), and data application, developing low-carbon operation and maintenance management solutions. The overall strategy includes data management and integration during the construction phase using BIM, followed by the utilization of BIM combined with Facility Management (FM) during the operational phase to significantly improve management efficiency, thus successfully creating benefits for the management unit through innovative operation models. Additionally, the park has developed a carbon emission statistical dashboard, enabling carbon emission management and monitoring through digital twins, and can predict the overall carbon emissions under continued development, further facilitating control and formulation of carbon reduction strategies.

Tpark is not only a "pioneer" in sustainable intelligent park development but also an "implementer" of sustainable practices from the early stages of park development. It has embraced sustainability as its cornerstone and utilized modern technology to become a "practitioner." Today's award is a recognition of Tpark's role as an "innovator." As Tpark continues to develop, the scope of management requirements expands. However, this expansion is not solely reliant on manual execution but rather on the inheritance of technology to ensure sustainable operations for both enterprises and physical environments. Tpark applies smart technology to realize two core objectives: "low-carbon development" and "intelligent management." These technologies are integrated into park buildings to actualize ESG sustainable development innovations and pursue goals such as net-zero emissions. Tpark serves as a paradigmatic case study for low-carbon sustainability and smart technology parks, aiming to inspire more domestic and international industries to innovate and apply these technologies.
