Far EasTone Telecommunications announced that it has become an authorized distributor of Amazon Leo to introduce high-speed low Earth orbit satellite services to Taiwan

Taipei, Taiwan – May 19, 2026 –Far EasTone Telecommunications (FET) announced that it has officially signed a distribution agreement with “Amazon Leo”, a low Earth orbit satellite network to become an authorized distributor in Taiwan for businesses and civilian public sector organizations. Through this arrangement, FET will leverage its extensive network operations experience and information and communication systems integration capabilities to provide Taiwanese customers with reliable, fast connectivity that can augment traditional networks and reach beyond existing service footprints.
