In 2023, Tpark won the gold prize in the "Nesting for the Future Section" of the "Smart Living Space Creative Competition" organized by the Architecture and Building Research Institute, Ministry of the Interior, with the theme "Tpark Sustainable Low-Carbon Intelligent Park". Tpark has pioneered the innovative use of Building Information Modeling (BIM), integrating it with the Internet of Things (IoT), system integration, and data application to develop low-carbon operation and management solutions, providing innovative pathways for the transformation into sustainable, low-carbon intelligent cities.

During this visit, Tpark team presented on "BIM Innovative Implementation - Aligning Technology with Net-Zero Roadmap," showcasing how they utilize BIM to create digital models of Tpark. They further explained the integration of system platforms and data streams to execute low-carbon operation and management. Additionally, based on the BIM model, the team has developed a carbon emission management system that effectively monitors carbon data within Tpark, enabling dynamic management and the formulation of data-driven carbon reduction strategies, steadily advancing towards net-zero development.

The TBIM delegation consisted of distinguished professionals from various fields in Thailand, including technology, architecture, engineering, land development, and academia. During the meeting, they engaged in discussions with the Tpark team on innovative BIM applications. The delegation also toured the environment of Tpark, where they were impressed by the sustainable environment planning, eco-city construction techniques, design elements incorporating historical and cultural features, and the application of smart security management technologies, resulting in fruitful exchanges during the visit.

With sustainability as its core development principle, Tpark continues to advance the progress of sustainable, low-carbon intelligent cities with innovative thinking. In the global push for accelerated net-zero transformation, the alignment of technology and sustainable development has become increasingly important. Tpark, as a platform for innovative technology development and a pioneer in sustainable intelligent parks, will continue to integrate comprehensive ESG strategies with forward-looking ideas and develop more innovative solutions for low-carbon development. Through these efforts, we aim to drive domestic and international industrial development and application, advancing new milestones in the net-zero transition.
