Everest has been awarded the Social Enterprise Sustainable Development Award
The winning product is the all-polyester three-layer laminated fabric co-developed by Everest and Far Eastern Group. This fabric uses Far Eastern Group’s eco-friendly polyester waterproof and breathable membrane and is made from recycled PET bottles, achieving moisture permeability and water resistance. The product features three layers of material, all made from recycled polyester, which enhances the efficiency of recycling and reduces errors in sorting and waste. With simplified recycling procedures and optimized processing, this not only reduces the demand for raw materials but also significantly lowers environmental pollution, marking a breakthrough in eco-friendly innovation.
Everest actively promotes four key circular economy models, including ecological design, resource reuse, industrial waste recycling, and carbon cycling. In the field of sustainable development, Everest has earned environmental certifications such as Oeko-tex and bluesign®, and in 2024, won multiple awards including the TCSA awards, Business Weekly's "Top 100 Carbon Competitiveness", the 6th National Enterprise Environmental Protection Award, and ISPO TEXTRENDS - TOP10, showcasing its outstanding achievements in sustainability.
Upholding Far Eastern Group's principles of sincerity, diligence, thrift, prudence, and innovation, Everest continuously innovates in product development. This year, the company has received recognition through the ASSET Sustainable Model Award, and will continue to focus on sustainable development, creating a positive impact on both the industry and society in the future.
