FEPH Taipei Presents the AR Game Accommodation Package
Shangri-La's Far Eastern Plaza Hotel, Taipei (FEPH) has teamed up with renowned augmented reality (AR) game studio "Dream Kingdom" for the first time to design the latest AR game "Discovering Shangri-La." Inspired by the story of Alice in Wonderland, the hotel has been transformed into a fantastic exploration area and theme game space, allowing players to experience challenging game missions that combine AR and reality. The "Discovering Shangri-La" AR game one-night-two-meals accommodation package is designed exclusively by Dream Kingdom, Taiwan's first AR game studio, combining reality and AR technology with hotel-exclusive puzzle-solving challenges, allowing players to enjoy five-star accommodation and a fun puzzle-solving experience. The package includes a choice of a double occupancy luxury room starting at NT$7,400 per night, or a specially selected family room that can accommodate up to four people starting at NT$10,900 per night. Both packages include a hearty breakfast, a consumption voucher of NT$680 per person for the Lobby Lounge, as well as access to the hotel's various leisure facilities, including a fitness center, sauna, and rooftop outdoor temperature-controlled swimming pool. Reservations are now open for stays from the present until June 30th.
The hotel has specially created multiple interactive puzzle-solving spaces, and travelers who book this package will embark on their journey upon check-in, following the script of "Discovering Shangri-La" game to explore Taipei Shangri-La from different perspectives. The interactive game space includes six experiences, including "Augmented Reality (AR)" that blurs the boundaries between reality and dreams, and a carefully crafted 120-minute puzzle adventure or "unlimited time" option to play while staying at the hotel. Players form a team of 2 to 4 people, role-play in the real environment, and enjoy the fun of puzzle-solving to the fullest.
