About the Liêng Tih Tông：
Founded during the Japanese era and passed down through four generations, Liêng Tih Tông crafts its signature senbei using eggs, milk, butter, flour, and sugar — without a single drop of water — to preserve the purest flavor. Crisp and richly aromatic, each oval cookie is stamped with “Lêng tih tông,” a romanized Taiwanese name originally coined after WWII to appeal to U.S. soldiers, now a cherished mark of history.
