Tainan top mango sale for 200 boxes at FEDS Banqiao Mega Store

Tainan City Government, in partnership with Far Eastern Department Store, launched a one-day flash sale event to promote Tainan's Aiwen mangoes. The event was a success, with 200 boxes of mangoes being sold out and the Tainan mayor even serving as an auctioneer. Tainan mangoes are highly regarded both domestically and internationally, and consumers who couldn't attend the event can still order them for delivery.

Today, the Tainan City Government partnered with FEDS to promote Tainan's beloved Aiwen mangoes. The sweet mangoes were sold out quickly at the one-day event held at FEDS in Banqiao. Tainan Mayor Huang Wei-Che and his wife attended the event, with Mayor Huang serving as an auctioneer. He sold an award-winning mango from farmer Zhuang Xianlong for NT$100,000, with the proceeds going to charity. Mayor Huang expressed his gratitude for the support from consumers in New Taipei City, and mentioned that Tainan is known for its abundant produce, including mangoes, orchids, and sesame. Tainan mangoes are highly valued abroad, and Taiwanese consumers are fortunate to be able to enjoy them at an affordable price. Mayor Huang also encouraged people to order mangoes for delivery if they couldn't buy them in person. This is the perfect season to taste Tainan mangoes, so don't miss out! The event was a success, with nearly all the mangoes sold out, and consumers who support Tainan's agricultural products even took photos with Mayor Huang.

The event also featured a charity auction of the award-winning Champion Mango King gift box, with a starting bid of NT$20,000. It was ultimately auctioned off for NT$100,000. Mayor Huang thanked the winning bidder for their support of farmers and charity, and urged people to purchase Tainan's high-quality mangoes. Not just experiencing the delicious taste of Tainan's agricultural products, everyone is welcome to visit Tainan and enjoy everything it has to offer. The event also showcased various products from different districts in Tainan, such as premium mango gift boxes, Nanhua longan honey, handmade brown sugar, salted tomatoes, Houbi Village craft beer, and Mr. Sesame's sesame cakes. The bagged mango set from Nanshi Agricultural Marketing Corporation and the rainbow mango gift box from Zuozhen District Farmers' Association were particularly eye-catching.
