Adding a New Member to Jiangxi Yadong Cement's Green Mine

In May 2023, the Jiangxi Provincial Department of Natural Resources announced the latest list of provincial-level green mines. Jiangxi Yadong Cement's "Dawuchen" cement sandstone mine and "Baoanshan" clay mine for cement production were included, signifying that all five of the company's mines have completed green construction. These green mines represent 50% of the total number of green mines in Ruichang City. Construction of Dawuchen and Baoanshan mines began in early 2021 and went through internal assessments, on-site evaluations by experts from the Jiangxi Provincial Mining Federation, joint reviews by the Jiangxi Provincial Department of Natural Resources and the Emergency Management Department, and finally made it to the provincial-level green mine list.
Building green mines is an ongoing process of improvement with no end in sight. Making it onto the provincial-level list is just the beginning. Jiangxi Yadong Cement will continue to fulfill its commitment to green mines, ensuring normal production and contributing to the company's long-term sustainability.
