Students and faculty from Yuan Ze University's Department of Computer Science and Engineering win remarkable achievements in a competition in Japan.

Assistant Professor Ting-Ying Chien from the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at Yuan Ze University led his students to participate in the 7th International Conference on Medical and Health Informatics (ICMHI 2023) in Kyoto, Japan. The junior students, Hao-Ting Lee and Zhen-Hao Gao won first place in the university category of the Student Essay Competition. Yi-Chia Tsai and Kai-Teng Hu received third place, and Po-Yu Chen and Sheng-Chuan Chen were awarded Best Presentation in the same category. In addition, sophomore students Zi- Fang Yang and Jia-Bin Yi won the best speaker in the special session. Furthermore, senior students Xuan-Yu Ke and Jian-Sheng Su, who participated in the competition in the Master's category, won third place in the master group. Yuan Ze University had a fruitful achievement.
