The adjacent chemical port terminal is too shallow, inadequate to accommodate larger tankers and resulting in higher shipping costs. Internal teams have been scouting adjacent areas for a suitable wharf location and successfully persuading local port container companies to build a deepwater wharf.

Volunteers and suppliers‘ representatives of FET went to Binmao junior high school at Taimali Township, Taitung County, to rebuild the long-term lost basketball court and lighting equipment.
