Asia Cement Corp. was established in 1957 and now leads the industry in terms of operating efficiency, production quality and profitability. The Company operates with two cement plants in Hsinchu and Hualien plus several pre-mix concrete plants throughout Taiwan. In China, Asia Cement has already built a fully vertically integrated cement production and marketing system through investments in Jiangxi Yadong Cement, Wuhan Ya Dong Cement, and Nanchang Yadong Cement, to be added with cement plants located in Sichuan and HubeiProvinces. Together with concrete products companies established in Shanghai, Nanchang and Chengdu, the Company’s operations will cover the west, central and eastern provinces along Yangtze River.

Asia Cement not only adopts state-of-the-art precalcining suspension preheater kilns, but also generates power and lowers costs through its waste heat recycling system. With lasting efforts in electronic dust collection equipment and greenification landscaping, the Company was the first in Taiwan’s cement industry to be awarded ISO-14001 certification and has won the prestigious environment-friendly enterprise award for three consecutive years in recognition of its outstanding achievements in environmental protection and efficiency.
